During the estimating stage, our pricing is determined with a focus on completing the project safely. At the design stage, we prioritise methods and material scheduling that enable our contracts managers and operatives to work safely. Throughout the site operation stage, our contracts managers collaborate closely with operatives, providing RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) and relevant documentation, conducting regular toolbox talks, and ensuring the provision of appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to maintain safety standards.

Safety is non-negotiable for us; we take Health & Safety extremely seriously and only engage with organisations that share our commitment to it.

Our operatives undergo comprehensive training and hold certifications including:

 

• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Cards

• Plant Operator Licences

• Slinger/Banksman Training

• Safety Awareness Training

• 5 Day SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) Training

• First Aid Training.

Similarly, our management team is equipped with CSCS Cards, 5 Day SMSTS Training, Appointed Person Training, and First Aid Training.

 

Furthermore, we engage external consultants to stay abreast of legislative changes and to conduct audits and updates to our procedures, ensuring ongoing compliance and best practices.
